Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 30 days in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00/per person administration fee.
If cancellation is within thirty days of your arrival, the entire deposit will be withheld and can be applied to a rescheduled visit in the current year or the following. If you would like to give your deposit to another guest(s) they must take over your whole reservation not just the deposit.
If you think there is a possibility of cancellation, we strongly advise taking out travel insurance.
