How many guests can you accommodate?
We can host up to 100 guests for dinner and 89 overnight.
What type of events can I host at Stokely?
We welcome all private celebrations such as birthday parties, wedding/baby showers, weddings, family reunions, corportate meetings, school/youth groups, retreats and workshops. Please reach out to info@stokelycreek.com (info@stokelycreek.com)to inquire about your special event.

Will my event have exclusive use of the lodge?
During the ski season, Stokely remains a shared space for all trail users. Reserved areas such as the Clubhouse or Day Skiers building will be set aside exclusively for your group during your rental period.
In the off-season, our event coordinator will work with you to customize your event experience. If desired, we can redirect trail users to alternate routes to help ensure a more private and uninterrupted setting for your gathering.
Do you have overnight accomodations for private events?
Yes! All of our lodging is available for private events - perfect for weddings, family reunions, and multi-day retreats. During the summer, we offer special lodging-only rates as well as customizable meal packages to suit your group’s needs.
