About the event

Snowshoe to the Top of King Mountain

This is the day to gather your friends and family and take on the climb to the top of King Mountain. It’s a challenge — but one that’s absolutely worth it.

At the summit, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of the Algoma Highlands, stretching all the way to Lake Superior. We’ll have the fire going in the King Mountain Hut and hot chocolate waiting, so you can warm up, take in the view, and celebrate before making your way back down.

Once you’re back at the bottom, our famous chili will be served and the bar will be open in the main lodge — the perfect way to wrap up a great day outside.
