Stokely Creek is an all Inclusive Winter Ski & Snowshoe Resort!

Stokely is located in the Algoma Highlands, just north of the U.S. border in Goulais River, Canada.  Near the shores of Lake Superior, Stokely consistently has great snow conditions and perfect terrain for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. 100 kilometers of trails traverse to the highest peaks of King Mountain and cross the valley and creeks below.

Word of mouth is Stokely's best way of marketing. Happy guests keep coming back year after year. They can ski for hours and not see anyone on Stokely's extensive well groomed trails. They return with friends and family for the opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy comfortable accommodations and fine homemade meals.

A Wonderful Surprise

Jonathan Wiesel was asked by Everett Potter to name 5 of his favorite cross country ski resorts. Everett Potter is a travel writer and contributor to Forbes Magazine. Jonathan Wiesel is a cross country ski instructor, ski school director, backcountry guide, professional trip planner, and international trip leaders. He has also been a longtime admirer of the Stokely location and trail system.  Jonathan says "Stokely is a legend among Midwestern skiers." "Skiers explore a land of lakes and dramatic granite bluffs, all that remains of a once-vast mountain range crushed and eroded by glaciers."

It's a great honor and a great thumbs up from Mr. Wiesel.
