Discounts
- Loyalty/volume pricing: for guests staying more than 5 nights in total during the 2009/2010
season, each additional night = 15% discount
- Group pricing: parties of 10 or more persons reserving together = 10% discount

- Check-in = 3pm, check-out = 11am
- Dining: includes 3 delicious, healthy meals prepared by our chef (unlimited servings!),
plus all-day beverage service, snacks, and evening appetizers; meals can be purchased by
non-guests: breakfast = $9, lunch = $12, and dinner = $29
- Single occupancy requires a 20% surcharge except for rooms 1a, 5, and 25.
- Children ages 10 and under = $48 per day and 3 and under are free.
- Weekend rates apply to any two nights including a Friday or Saturday night
- Gratuity (5%) and provincial and federal taxes (~11%) will be added to the final bill at check-out

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00/per person administration fee. After that time, the entire deposit will be withheld. If you think there is a possibility of cancellation, we strongly advise taking out travel insurance. No snow policy: In the extremely unlikely event there is no snow at the time of your visit, you may select one of the following options: Option 1 Come anyway and receive a 10% discount; Option 2 Re-book in the same season and the deposit will be applied to the new reservation; Option 3 If re-booking is not an option, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
