It is now 7:15am and the aroma of bacon on the grill is beginning to float through the lodge.

Very soon all of Stokely’s overnight skiers will “break” their ovenight “fast”. As they ponder over the Stokely Trail place mats on the dining tables, a hardy breakfast is enjoyed by all. This mornings offerings consist of oatmeal, bacon and sausage, cheese and onion quiche, blueberry pancakes, fruit salad, yogurt, and winter compote. It is now 7:25am and I only have another 35 minutes to go before breakfast is served. Can’t wait!
